NICKY Adams's move to Brentford is hanging in the balance.

The Bees are locked in talks with Leicester City trying to iron out terms for the former Welsh U21 wing wizard.

Boss Andy Scott admits his chances of bringing the 23-year-old to Griffin Park has been held up by the change of management at Leicester.

Hopes of a deal may have to be shelved following Nigel Pearson’s departure from the Walker Stadium on Tuesday to take up the managerial reins at Hull City.

Scott said: “We have spoken with Leicester about several things, but Nicky has a year left on his contract and he may get a chance there under a new manager.”
