GARRY Haylock could bring in fresh blood before the January transfer window closes at 5pm today (Monday) after watching his Hayes & Yeading United side humiliated on the weekend.

They were condemned to a 6-1 defeat by Rushden & Diamonds on a nightmare afternoon at Church Road and Haylock admitted after the game his player's first team places were under threat after such a dismal showing.

"The deadline is on Monday and I told the players during the week that I wasn't looking for anyone else but we've just had a quick chat after the game", he said on Saturday.

"What would you prioritise (position-wise)? Everywhere. If there is real quality available to improve us then I'll look to bring them in."
