Isleworth's Thomas Gibbs has landed yet more international medals for Great Britain.

The 14-year-old, who trains at Heathrow Gymnastics Club in Hounslow, has now represented his country three times, and each time come back with silverware.

His latest haul was a pair of bronzes at the recent GWG Cup in Germany, where Britain was up against Germany and Japan.

One bronze came on the rings, and the other in the all-round competition for his age group.

Gibbs is being tipped as a hit prospect for the 2012 and 2016 Olympics, as is another of Heathrow's young stars, Nicole Hibbert.

Also 14, Hibbert recently added another national title to her growing list of achievements.

She landed the Junior English Champion women's artistic title to the all-round Junior British crown she won earlier this year, and a great performance at the Junior European Championships.

One of Heathrow's established Olympic stars is Rebecca Wing, who starred for Great Britain in Beijing this summer.

To cap a brilliant year, she gained three A* and five A-grade GCSEs, and took part in the Olympic Heroes parade through London last month.
