MARTIN Jol will wait until December before opening contract talks with Brede Hangeland .
The Fulham defender still has more than 18 months to run on his current deal, but boss Jol is keen to tie the Norwegian to Craven Cottage.
“He's on a longer contract, so we will probably wait until December and have a word with him then about what he wants and what we want,” said Jol.
“The other guys Danny Murphy , Andy Johnson and Aaron Hughes had one year left and it worked.”
