FULHAM boss Martin Jol admits he's still looking worryingly over his shoulder ahead of tomorrow's clash with Newcastle United.
The Whites slipped to within six points of the drop zone after last weekend's defeat at 10-man Blackburn Rovers.
And Craven Cottage chief Jol wants to get to the 40-point mark as soon as possible.
He said: “If you look at last season, the only club who were in the bottom four [for most of the season] was West Ham.
“The other clubs were fine. Even Birmingham, who won the Carling Cup, ended up getting relegated, so there's always pressure.
“I would like to have a good run and, like a lot of other teams, get to 40 points as soon as possible.”
