BRENTFORD have confirmed the appointment of Nicky Forster as manager until the end of the season.

We exclusively revealed earlier this evening that the 37-year-old was set to be named as Andy Scott 's successor.

And the club have announced that Forster and assistant Mark Warburton will remain at Griffin Park for the rest of the campaign.

Forster stretched his unbeaten run in the hotseat to six games after Karleigh Osborne's second-half header earned a point against nine-man Notts County.
