BRENTFORD have opened talks to keep Everton duo Jake Bidwell and Adam Forshaw at the club for the rest of the season.

The pair have been a big hit at Griffin Park , but are due to return to the Toffees after tomorrow night's trip to Bournemouth.

Everton boss David Moyes told the Chronicle last week he was happy for the youngsters to remain with the Bees.

And manager Uwe Rosler revealed talks are already underway to keep the pair in west London.

He said: “We have a good dialogue with Everton and have received positive feedback.

“We're hopeful they will be able to continue with Brentford until the end of the season.”
