HARROW Petanque Club are to host the final English Petanque Association Grand Prix Event this Sunday.

Play will be at their Old Lyonians Sports Club headquarters in Pinner View, Harrow, starting at 10am, and will go on to approximately 5pm.

The entries will consist of the leading 16 teams after the first three Grand Prix Events, and the winning team will represent England in

International events in the coming year. Among those in action is the Harrow club's Martin Baker, who is a member of Team 26, who are currently holding the leading position.

Spectators are welcome at the event, and, for those who want to know more about a sport which cater for both sexes, and all age groups, Harrow Petanque Club is holding a Come and Try session on Sunday, June 15 from 10.30am-1pm at Old Lyonians.
