Dons sign former Charlton Athletic defender

AFC Wimbledon have signed former Charlton Athletic defender Kelly Youga after a successful trial.

AFC Wimbledon have signed former Charlton Athletic defender Kelly Youga after a successful trial.

The 27-year-old African has been a free agent since leaving Ipswich Town in January, and spent last week training with the Dons.

Youga, who started his career at Lyon and has also featured for Bristol City, Bradford, Scunthorpe and Yeovil, can play anywhere across the back four.

He is expected to go straight into the squad for tomorrow night's trip to Southend United.
