CHRISTIAN Jolley is set to move on loan to Blue Square Premier table-toppers Newport County.
The Dons flyer has fallen down the pecking order this term following the resurgence of Byron Harrison and the recent exploits of Charlie Strutton.
Boss Neal Ardley told the Chronicle this week that reports linking Jolley with a move to Fratton Park were wide of the mark but did confirm other offers were on the table.
It now appears that County have won the race for the former Kingstonian winger and he is set to link up with former Dons Ismail Yakubu and Max Porter in South Wales.
Jolley netted seven times in 41 appearances for Wimbledon last term but has struggled to find his best form for the club this season.
