AFC Wimbledon boss Neal Ardley will assess the fitness of Curtis Osano before deciding whether to bring in a replacement.

With Jim Fenlon set for six weeks on the sidelines with a back problem and Jonathan Meades still out with a foot injury, centre-half Mat Mitchel-King has been forced to deputise at right-back.

However, Osano is back in full training and has been pencilled in for a return to action in the Surrey Senior Cup against Chipstead tomorrow night.

And Ardley admits he may be forced to sign another defender if the defender suffers a setback.

He said: “There are a couple of things we're looking at. We have to see how Curtis Osano comes through the game first."
