NICOLAS Anelka is doubtful for Chelsea’s crunch Premier League clash with Bolton Wanderers tomorrow.

The Frenchman missed the Blues’ trip to Arsenal on Monday and could remain sidelined with a knee injury.

Pressure is now mounting on Chelsea boss  Carlo Ancelotti to get results following a crushing 3-1 defeat at the hands of the Gunners.

However the Italian has indicated that he will make few, if any, changes for the visit of the Trotters.

Jose Bosingwa could be the one exception having made a second-half substitute appearance on Monday in place of Paulo Ferreira.

Gary Cahill is expected to play in the heart of the Bolton defence and will be looking to impress the Chelsea hierarchy following speculation he could be set for a move to Stamford Bridge in January.

Alex, Yuri Zhirkov and Yossi Benayoun all remain long-term absentees for the Champions.
