ASHLEY Cole and Gary Cahill will miss Chelsea’s west London derby with Fulham tomorrow night.
Cole is recovering from a hamstring problem while former Bolton centre-half Cahill is on the comeback trail following a knee injury.
Both players have shown signs of improvement in recent days, however the Craven Cottage clash has come too soon for the England stars.
“They are progressing well but are still not ready for this game,” Blues boss Benitez told reporters this afternoon.
Chelsea will be hoping they can get back to winning ways following Sunday’s FA Cup exit to Manchester City,
“Before the game against Fulham we are ready, focused and concentrating on this game,” added Benitez.
