BEN Hamer insists he's out for revenge against Brentford tonight.

The Charlton keeper made 79 appearances during four loan spells at Griffin Park , winning the League Two title in 2009.

However, the Bees denied the 23-year-old a place at Wembley last season as his Exeter side suffered JPT heartbreak in the southern area final.

And he admits he can't let sentiment get in the way of another chance to grace the hallowed turf in this year's competition.

He said: “I had a great time at Brentford and they gave me my first success of my career when we won League Two.

“Those memories will stay with me forever and I will always look out for their results.

“I was dying to win the semi-final last year – everyone dreams of playing at Wembley.

“I watched the final on TV and thought the lads gave a good account of themselves, but it wasn't to be.

"Obviously I'm at Charlton now and I'll be doing all I can to get us to Wembley."
