RADEK Cerny hopes his recent displays for QPR can earn him a new deal at Loftus Road .

The 37-year-old keeper is out of contract at the end of the season, but has started the last three matches after injuries to Paddy Kenny and Brian Murphy.

And he admits he would like one more season in England before returning home to the Czech Republic.

He told isport.cz : "We have been discussing it over and over at home - when we will finally return to the Czech Republic. I have been returning for five years now.

"I arrived in London for a year but this is my seventh. I never thought I would be here so long.

"If I had the possibility I would like to stay one season more. The Premier League is the best destination you can reach if you are a professional footballer."
