STUART Cash reckons AFC Wimbledon starlet Peter Rapson could be the next Aaron McLean.
McLean played under AFC assistant Cash and boss Terry Brown at Aldershot before going on to score 53 goals in less than 100 games in the Football League for Peterborough.
And Cash sees similarities in former U18s frontman Rapson, who has been offered a one-year contract with AFC after impressing in their pre-season friendlies.
Cash said: "Peter has still got a lot to learn, but he will develop into a good target man.
“He is a good size for his age, quick, has a good first touch and is good on the ball. He reminds me a lot of Aaron McLean."
