BRENTFORD are hopeful Charlie MacDonald will be fit to face Brighton on Tuesday night.
The Bees striker missed Saturday's 3-0 defeat at Hartlepool after picking up a dead leg in training on Thursday.
MacDonald will now be assessed in training to see if he has recovered enough to face the League One leaders at Griffin Park .
Bees boss Nicky Forster said: "Charlie was nowhere near fit, but we'll monitor him over the next couple of days, and he'll be a possibility for Brighton."
However, Sam Wood (arm) is definitely out.
