BRENTFORD boss Uwe Rosler will hold showdown talks with his players this week to thrash out their futures.

The Griffin Park supremo will sit down with the entire squad on Monday and Tuesday to discuss the season and his plans for next campaign as he bids to take the Bees into the Championship.

Karleigh Osborne and Sam Wood are expected to leave TW8 when their contracts expire in June, while Rosler is still weighing up whether to offer fresh terms to Shaleum Logan and Marcus Bean.

The German has already decided to transfer-list defender Craig Woodman , as exclusively revealed this week by the Chronicle , and more of the squad could be told their futures lie elsewhere.

He said: “We will have meetings with every player and discuss the season and our plans for next year.

“There will be changes, but we don't want to start from scratch. We will look for consistency in terms of personnel, although there will be some comings and goings as that's the nature of the game.”

He continued: “It's never a nice time of year for a manager. Some players have been here a long time, but in the interests of the club and the player it's sometimes best to go different ways.”
