ANDREW Mills has rubbished reports linking Myles Weston with a move to League One rivals Sheffield Wednesday.
Speculation surfaced this morning that the Owls had made an enquiry for the former Notts County flyer.
The Brentford cheif executive refused to confirm whether Wednesday had made any contact, but it is believed they are one of a number of clubs who have shown an interest in the 22-year-old.
However, Mills insists the Bees want to keep hold of their prize assets.
He said: "I have had several conversations over the last couple of months in regards to our players from clubs in our division and above, which is a compliment to the players and the staff at the football club.
"We have no interest in weakening our squad. We are trying to make subtle improvements to strengthening what we already have here.
"At this stage of our development we have no intention of selling anyone."
