BRENTFORD defender Fraser Franks has joined Basingstoke Town on loan.
The 18-year-old has failed to breakthrough to the Bees first team this season, but has been an unused sub six times.
Franks will join Frank Gray's Blue Square South side for an initial month, which could be extended to three based on circumstances.
