BRENTFORD will discover the full extent of Karleigh Osborne's foot injury within the next week.
The Bees defender was left on crutches wearing a protective boot after hobbling out of Tuesday night's defeat to Stevenage.
Osborne was sent for a scan the following morning, which discovered he has suffered ligament damage.
The centre-back is ruled out of tomorrow's clash with Chesterfield, but boss Uwe Rosler hopes to know more in the next seven days.
He said: “We will know more next week once the swelling has gone down.
“He has just come back from a hamstring problem and got injured again, so he's unable to find his rhythm.”
Rosler has moved to plug the gap by signing Watford defender Dale Bennett on a month's loan.
