UWE Rosler has piled the pressure on Doncaster Rovers ahead of Saturday's winner-takes-all clash at Griffin Park.
Brentford need to win to leapfrog Donny in the table and snatch the second automatic promotion place.
Doncaster have led the pack for the majority of the season following relegation last year, but blew the chance to clinch an instant return to the Championship after Saturday's 1-0 home defeat to Notts County.
And Bees boss Rosler has turned up the heat on Brian Flynn's side ahead of Saturday's sell-out showdown.
He said: “They have been leading the league for months, and according to their manager they are the best team in the division.
“They had a chance last weekend and didn't take it, so now they've given us an opportunity.
“It's a final for us, but we are the challengers, the underdogs.
“We have overcome so many obstacles this season to finish in the top six, which is the first target we had.
“We've had to deal with injuries and suspensions to key players at important times, but we've coped with the pressure.”
Rosler is ready for a cagey contest in front of a packed out crowd in TW8.
But he insists his young side can hold their nerve.
“We have the best home record in the division, which is an achievement in itself,” added the German manager.
“We're full of confidence and going out with the mindset to attack them. We have to make it happen.
“There's not much between the teams and I don't think it will be a high-scoring game.
“We have shown this season we will fight until the last whistle, which we have done on many occasions.”
