UWE Rosler has paid tribute to his back room staff, insisting Brentford would not be looking forward to a Wembley final without them.
Following an exhausting climax to the season, Brentford had to endure two play-off semi-finals in three days against Swindon Town, with the second going to extra-time.
But the Bees still looked fresh at the end and converted all five spot kicks without breaking sweat, and now have a 10-day break before the final against Yeovil.
Bees boss Rosler said: “My staff have been working non-stop to get the players fit, and whatever the quality and measure of players we had out on the pitch, we would not have got there without my staff.
“Our tempo was outstanding from the start, and I didn't want to stop them going at half-time. To have such people in my squad and staff in my first job in English football is fantastic.”
