BRENTFORD boss Uwe Rosler has had to reconsider his plans for Tuesday night's trip to Derby County.

The Bees boss had been thinking ahead to the League Cup clash with the Rams but yesterday's events have forced him to adjust his proposed line-up.

Conor McAleny sustained a horror injury in Saturday's win over Walsall and with a mounting injury list, Rosler is  looking to manage his squad as another long season begins for the League One outfit.

Rosler said: “We had a certain plan in place but in football you never can plan. I have to rethink about some positions now we are thin.

“We take every competition seriously, want to win every single game, but I have to also think about what is the most important priority this year.

“I will bring out a team who is committed and try to win the game. Can I do what I would've done? I don't think so.”
