UWE Rosler insists Mike Grella has finally shown Brentford fans what he can do.
The former Leeds United frontman has had a frustrating beginning to his career in TW8, but made his first start in a red and white shirt in Saturday's victory against Chesterfield.
And boss Rosler insists the American has a role to play for the rest of the season.
He said: “Mike wasn't used to our style of football when he arrived, but he's worked hard in training and in the development games.
“He showed in his substitute appearance against Stevenage that he's dynamic and a threat.
“He's a very tricky player in the right areas and I think he's shown he can be a big player for us.”
