UWE Rosler is still in the market to sign a striker – but only if the price is right.
The Bees boss admits he's still short in the forward department, despite the return to fitness of Gary Alexander .
However, Rosler insists anyone he brings in must complement his current strikeforce and fit into the playing budget.
He said: “We always kept one spot open for a striker and have been looking since the summer.
“We identified one or two targets, like [Jeffrey] Schlupp. But at the moment that isn't realistic because he is playing in the Championship.
“It has to be the right player at the right price. Anyone we bring in has to fit into the budget and there must be a spot for them to play.”
