ROBERTO Di Matteo admits his makeshift backline will have to be at their best to stop Bayern Munich on Saturday.
Chelsea are without the suspended John Terry and Branislav Ivanovic, while Gary Cahill and David Luiz are injury doubts ahead of the Champions League final at the Allianz Arena.
And Di Matteo knows the Blues will have more than Arjen Robben and Frank Ribery to contend with.
He said: “They are two wonderful players who have been crucial to their success. Robben we know well and they are both excellent players.
“It's not just them. [Mario] Gomez is a dangerous player, as is [Bastian] Schweinsteiger, so we're not going to be focusing on just two players.”
Bayern go into the game on the back of a humiliating 5-2 German Cup defeat to Borussia Dortmund.
But Di Matteo insists this will have no bearing on Saturday's showdown.
He added: “Dortmund are a good team, so it was a difficult game for Bayern. I don't think it gives us an advantage.”
