BRENTFORD are assessing an ankle injury to Liam Moore sustained in last night's defeat at Stevenage.

The on-loan Leicester City defender was clattered into by midfielder James Dunne in the closing stages of the 1-0 loss, leaving Moore to hobble around for the final few minutes.

But Bees boss Uwe Rosler was furious the rash challenge on his player went unpunished.

He said: “It was a nasty one. He played the ball then their player goes for his leg. I think it was deliberate.

“These days referees are throwing around yellow cards like confetti, and to not get booked for a challenge like this is difficult to understand.”
