MORE attacking firepower will be boss Andy Scott’s priority as he puts the finishing touches to his Brentford squad.
Scott admitted he may try again for Pim Balkestein after the Dutch centre back turned down a second trial at Fortuna Dusseldorf.
But his priority is at the other end of the pitch.
He said: "We are probably still one or two short, and we need to add at least one more body going forward, and that has been the case for the last few games.
"That is my priority at the moment, although I am aware Pim turned down Fortuna Dusseldorf’s offer to spend a second week with them.
"However, Karleigh Osborne and David McCracken have played well in the two games they have played together, and we still have Leon Legge to come back in, so we are looking quite strong in that position."
