UWE Rosler will wait until after tomorrow's game with Scunthorpe before deciding whether to try and extend David Clarkson 's loan.
The Bristol City striker has made four appearances for Brentford, scoring one goal, since his switch to Griffin Park last month, but the 26-year-old is due to return to Ashton Gate after the clash with the Iron.
And boss Rosler will check on the fitness of Gary Alexander before making a decision on whether to keep Clarkson in TW8.
He said: “David's done well for us and we'll evaluate the situation after the Scunthorpe match.
“We need to see how far away Gary Alexander is for us, and how Mike Grella is doing in training.”
