HAYES & Yeading are running the rule over two new goalkeepers after missing out on former Tottenham youngster Jamie Butler.

United had been hoping to seal a move for the former Spurs youngster before he opted to join Concord Rangers last week.

Still without a number one for next season, manager Phil Babb is having to look elsewhere.

A so-far unnamed Romanian is believed to be one option, while former Farnborough player Craig Bradshaw is also being considered for the role.

Babb is continuing to assemble his new squad at Beaconsfield Road and about 14 trialists took part in a behind-closed doors training session last week.

A select few were called back for a second run-out in a session on Tuesday night, along with another half-dozen potential recruits.
