No less than 14 Windsor, Slough, Eton & Hounslow AC athletes have hit the number one spot in their event in the new National Rankings.

A further 30 made the top three, with 50 more in the top 10.

GB international Nigel Levine is the nations' best U20 400m runner, while training partner and National Schools champion Deji Tobias tops the U17 100m list and is second in the 200m.

Another National Schools champion, Rikki Letch, is No.1 among the U17 800m runners, while Chanel Taite beat the rest of the nation's U17 80m hurdlers to top spot.

Yasmine Regis, currently studying in the United States, tops the senior triple jump charts, while former World Championships silver medalist Nicola Sanders is ranked second in the senior 400m.

Neil Griffin, who joined the club as a 13-year-old, figures in the Vet 60 shot and discus list, but the oldest events-topper is Dorothy McLennan, who is still pole-vaulting at 40.

Another super-veteran, Paula Fudge, a Commonwealth Games champion in her 20s, tops the Vet 55 3,000m list as well as making the top three in the 400m, 800m and 1500m, while another ex-Commonwealth Games champion, Julian Golley, is the best of the Vet 35 triple-jumpers.
