HOSTS Hillingdon AC swept the board in the over-60 age group at the Middlesex Vets Cross-Country Championships.
Brian Leach won the title at Mad Bess Woods ahead of runner-up Tony Shaw and third-placed Brian Feldman.
The club claimed team silver in the over-50 age group thanks to Andy Miles, Richard Nash and Stevan Dokic, while Hillingdon Triathletes member George Stewart was first home in the over-40 section and second overall.
On Saturday the club hosts the five mile Gosunder Handicap race at 2pm starting from the clubhouse in Bury Street, Ruislip.
