SEB BROWN’S contract extension could remain unsigned until July, according to Dons boss Terry Brown.

The AFC Wimbledon manager is involved in ongoing negotiations with the players agent but the deal is being held up as the goalkeeper is on holiday in the United States.

Boss Brown is extremely confident a deal can be struck with the former Brentford youngster and insists it is just a matter of time before the shot-stopper puts pen to paper.

“Seb Brown is still on holiday in America at the moment so it’s impossible to tie him down,” said the Dons chief.

“We have ongoing negotiations with his agent and we’re more or less a done deal on that one.

"I don’t envisage any problems with that one, but I think it’ll be at least a month before we sit down and sign something with him.”
