Fulham have been linked with a loan move for Liverpool youngster Ryan Kent by our colleagues at the Mirror.

According to the report, the Cottagers, along with Leeds and Middlesbrough, are interested on taking him on loan for the latter half of the season as the Reds consider recalling him from German side Freiburg early.

The 21-year-old has previously had spells with Barnsley and Coventry, while Fulham already have Liverpool team mate Sheyi Ojo on loan at the club, who has really taken to life at the Cottage.

However, Fulham already have six loanees in their squad, and under Football League rules only five can be in a matchday squad - something that hasn't been a problem so far with Lucas Piazon not featuring since suffering a broken leg at Leeds.

But now he is close to a return to first team action, not all off the Cottagers' loanees will be able to make the squad, and with Piazon, Tomas Kalas, Sheyi Ojo and Oliver Norwood all regulars, that would leave just one place to fill between Jordan Graham, Rafa Soares and Kent, should Fulham actually make a move for him.

Meanwhile, Slavisa Jokanovic has revealed that the club know where they need to strengthen and want to get business done early in January .
