Welcome to day 15 of the January Transfer Window!

It's been a bit of a slow burner for our west London teams so far this winter, with very few incoming deals having been done as we near the half way mark.

QPR have sold, Fulham have loaned out and Brentford have welcomed new signing Emiliano Marcondes to their squad after signing him in the summer, while Chelsea introduced Ross Barkley as their only news signing.

We'll have all the latest goings on, from all our west London clubs, the Championship and indeed the world if one takes place that catches our eye, right here throughout the day.

There's bound to be more transfers to come as January really starts to hot up.

Mahrez 'will not be allowed to leave' Leicester in January

Leicester City will not be allowing Riyad Mahrez to leave in January, the club’s manager Claude Puel has confirmed.

He said: “It’s not a question in our mind. All the noise is just speculation. Of course we are in the transfer window and it’s normal for all the best players [to be linked with transfers], but I’m not afraid about this because there’s a fantastic spirit and good attitude in this squad.

“I have confidence in Riyad. We spoke a lot with him, [about] different things, and often about football, because he likes football a lot. He is now with good maturity, good experience of life, and we can see this in this game.

“He is making progress. It’s a good thing of course [that] he continues all season with us.”

Andy Carroll to Chelsea?

Chelsea could make a move for Andy Carroll as Antonio Conte seeks to beef up his striking options, The Guardian reports.

The West Ham striker is said to be on a list of potential strikers the club has held talks about, although they may be more likely to offer to take him on loan.

The Blues boss is said to also be pondering a move for Alexis Sanchez, although a potential bidding war between Man Utd and Man City would likely prevent him from wading in.
