Liverpool have made Fulham full back Ryan Sessegnon their number one full back target, despite reports linking the Reds with Hull's Andy Robertson, our colleagues at the Liverpool Echo have reported.

The 16-year-old, who turns 17 next month, is understood to have agreed a pre-contract agreement with the Whites that means that any potential suitor would have to break the bank for him.

The young defender has enjoyed a breakthrough season at Craven Cottage making 28 appearances for the club already this campaign, making his debut at crisis club Leyton Orient in the EFL Cup in August.

Talented: Ryan Sessegnon

He scored the first of his seven goals in the 2-2 draw with Cardiff and was one of the standout players in the Whites' 3-1 triumph at Newcastle.

Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur have all been courting the 16-year-old's signature.

GetWestLondon asked Fulham fans to say how valuable their young talent was and the Whites supporters would accept a price tag of £22million.
