Jozabed will return to Fulham once his loan deal at Celta Vigo expires after the Spanish club decided against activating their buy clause.

The Spaniard joined the club on loan in January after not making a first-team appearance for Fulham since October 2016 and went on to make 28 appearances for the La Liga outfit.

Celta Vigo had the option to make the loan deal permanent this summer, but have decided against activating that clause which means that the 26-year-old will now return to west London.

However, it is understood Celta Vigo still remain interested in the Fulham man and could make a move later in the summer if it becomes apparent that Fulham will accept a lower offer for him.

Jozabed signed for the club last summer from Rayo Vallecano but struggled at the Cottage and it looks unlikely that the player has a future at Fulham.
