Reports today have linked QPR with a move for Linfield winger Paul Smyth, following news of a second bid for the Northern Irishman.
But who is the man who could become the Hoops’ fourth addition of the summer?

- Born on September 10th 1997, Smyth was born and raised in Northern Ireland.
- He’s represented his country at under-19 and under-21 level, including a goal against Ukraine in a 1-1 draw in 2016.
- Smyth was also invited to join Michael O’Neill’s Euro 2016 senior squad to boost numbers and gain experience at a higher level.
- Under contract with Linfield until the summer of 2019, Smyth helped his side to win the Northern Irish Premiership title, scoring six goals in 25 appearances.
- He was also part of the Linfield side that took on Scottish champions Celtic, only to lose 6-0 on aggregate.
