Everton are the latest club to be linked with Fulham's wonderkid Ryan Sessegnon, according to The Mirror .

The Toffees sent their new Director of Football, Steve Walsh, to Craven Cottage on Saturday to watch the 16-year-old in action during the 3-1 victory over Preston.

And he will not have left disappointed, with Sessegnon in superb form as Slavisa Jokanovic's side put in a professional performance to dominate the game and take all three points from the encounter.

But if Everton want to lure Sessegnon away from Craven Cottage they will have to compete with a host of other Premier League clubs, including Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, Liverpool and both Manchester Clubs to name but a few.

Sessegnon is currently on a youth deal at the Cottage, but he will automatically be handed a professional contract when he turns 17 in May.

As well as impressing domestic sides, Sessegnon has attracted attention on the continent , with Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport naming him in their top 30 youngsters in Europe list.
