Dagenham & Redbridge have made an enquiry about taking Brentford defender Scott Barron on loan.

The former Millwall full-back hasn't featured since the Johnstone's Paint Trophy win against AFC Wimbledon in September due to a niggling hip problem, but Barron is fit again having made his comeback playing for the reserves.

League Two Daggers, who already have Bees striker Luke Norris on their books, are keen to bring the 28-year-old to Victoria Road for the rest of the season.

Meanwhile, Brentford are still willing to listen to offers for Viktoria Plzen winger Martin Fillo, despite his hat-trick for the under-21s against Charlton last week.

The emergence of youngster Charlie Adams has forced the 28-year-old, who has not played for the Bees since October, even further down the Griffin Park pecking order.

Fillo is on a season-long loan from Plzen, but is permitted to move elsewhere in England before next week's deadline.
