Konstantin Kerschbaumer remained tightlipped when asked about his future at Brentford with the January transfer window fast approaching.

The Austrian, who has barely featured for the Bees this season, has been linked with a move to Sturm Graz in January and his agent has had talks with other clubs.

But the midfielder, when quizzed by GetWestLondon about his future, kept his cards close to his chest about what his future holds.

“I'm still working hard every training session and we'll see what happens in the future,” he said.

Kerschbaumer has not even played an hour of football during the league campaign and is understandably frustrated about the lack of game time.

He added: “Every player wants to play but I keep working hard and then we will see what happens.”

Dean Smith, when asked about the Austrian's future last week, insisted that Kerschbaumer had not asked to leave and still thinks highly of the midfielder.
