Brentford owner Matthew Benham has rubbished reports linking the club with a move for Milan Baros.

The former Liverpool frontman is a free agent after leaving Antalyaspor and is keen on a return to England.

Bees boss Mark Warburton is still in the market for another frontman as he tries to add to his squad ahead of the big Championship kick-off against Charlton Athletic on Saturday.

But Griffin Park chief Benham insists 32-year-old Baros, who also played for Aston Villa, is not one of their transfer targets.

Meanwhile, midfielder Adam Forshaw has not handed in a transfer request, despite interest from Wigan.
