Hayes and Yeading United moved up to sixth spot in the Blue Square Conference South with a 2-1 win over Welling United at Church Road on Saturday.

This was the fourth consecutive win for Garry Haylock's side has they came from behind to grab all three points.

Welling went ahead from the penalty spot after 56 minutes through Charlie Sheringham, son of former Spurs and England star Teddy.

However, H&Y got back on level terms 12 minutes later when Josh Scott converted a penalty after Will Hendry had been fouled.

And they clinched all three points when substitute Staforde Palmer headed home from close range after 78 minutes.
