WOMEN'S FOOTBALL

Anya McLune was the difference as Denham United Wildcats U10s defeated Luton Town Belles 3-0.

Denham created numerous chances in the first half but could not find the net until the final minute when McLune scored with a low shot and she was inches away immediately from the second half kick-off as she ended a sweeping move with a shot that crashed against the post.

A few minutes later she did get her and Denham's second to put the Wildcats in total control and she then completed her hat-trick and ensured the player of the match honours with a fierce effort. Izzy Sibley, Charlotte Thompson and goalkeeper Josie Barnes also played well.

Kerrie Dyer (3), Jade McLune (2) and Harlie Clark fired the Wildcats U13s to a 6-0 win over Chesunt Youth

Jade Kalejaiye was named player of the match as the team went second in Division One of the Home Counties League.
