QPR are looking for a new manager following Harry Redknapp’s decision to step down for health reasons - but who do you want to replace him?

Redknapp tendered his resignation to chairman Tony Fernandes this morning after revealing he needs knee surgery.

Head of football operations Les Ferdinand, along with Chris Ramsey, have been placed in temporary charge of first-team affairs.

Former Tottenham Hotspur manager Tim Sherwood is the clear favourite to replace him at Loftus Road on a permanent basis.

Sherwood is priced at 1/4 by most bookmakers and worked with Ferdinand and Ramsey while he was in charge at White Hart Lane.

Ferdinand is priced at 5/1 and current Hoops first-team coach and ex-England manager Glenn Hoddle is available at 7/1/

Derby County boss Steve McClaren , who was very recently linked to vacant posts at both West Brom and Crystal Palace, is out at 14/1.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is out of work after losing his job at Championship side Cardiff offers value if QPR opt for a cheap alternative, the Norwegian can be backed at 16/1.

Other contenders include Steve Clarke, Brentford manager Mark Warburton and former R’s man Gareth Ainsworth following his recent success with Wycombe.
