Thames Valley U10s 4-3 Whitton Wanderers U10s

Benji Woodard and Sherif Neziri’s impressive performances were in vain as Whitton Wanderers suffered a rare defeat away to Thames Valley.

In preparation for the step up to the nine-a-side format next season, both teams used the free week in half-term to get a taste of the future challenges ahead.

The Hawks got off to the perfect start, scoring after one minute through Jack Johnson, and should have made it more while on the front foot, but Thames Valley remained in touch thanks to their in-form goalkeeper.

Thames Valley hit a quick-fire trio of goals, which suddenly made it a hard task for the Hawks.

A Neziri brace gave the Hawks a fighting chance, but was it the hosts who killed the game off with a late fourth.

A good win: Under 11s

The U11 Youth won 6-0 away against Elm Grove Colts. Owen Walsh scored twice with Max Ratcliffe, Oisin Ryan, Conaill Ryan and Nico Dilallo also on the scoresheet.

A good win: Under-12s

The U12's won 3-0 at a very windy Molesey thanks to second half goals from Joslin Gorleku, Sami Kebbab & Sam Johnson. Max Mason and Cade Jordan impressed as did the excellent Patrick Kavanagh.
