Ian Holloway has not set his QPR squad any points target and has just called on to build on what they've got.

Rangers travel to Derby on Friday night and the Rs boss will be looking to build on their 5-1 win over Rotherham, prior to the international break.

It's the start of a busy period for Championship sides and Rangers travel to Aston Villa on Tuesday before hosting Brighton on Friday and then face Bristol City and Sheffield Wednesday over the Easter Weekend.

Holloway said: “It's all about trying to build and get something that works as a group and the group needs to learn how to work as a group.

“That's all I'm focusing on. I've set them challenges and I see no reason why we can't continue that good run of form.

“I've not set them a points target. I want them to try and win every game for the rest of the season. That's what we're going to try and do. Is it realistic? Probably not but who is to say.

“It's about habits, working hard and continuing what might get you success. It's my job to notice what they're doing and keep my finger on why they should continue that or not.

“It's down to suspensions, fitness or injuries and hopefully we've got enough in that group and I can come up with the right recipe to win a game.”
