Wealdstone have announced a ground-breaking and potentially lucrative catering partnership with two Michelin star trained chefs ahead of the new season.
Michelin star chefs and Stones fans Bryn Griffith and Mateusz Halarewicz's new culinary venture The Rollin' Kitchen will be set-up at Grosvenor Vale this year, with the club promising their food to be 'among the tastiest at any football ground – league or non-league and competitively priced'.'
To supplement the partnership, a state-of-the-art mobile catering trailer and a new 4x4 pick-up truck will be bought as the club look to ensure everything is ready for the start of the new season.
The Rollin' Kitchen will be available on non match days as well, with the club keen to take advantage of any possible financial income from latent money makers such as music gigs, youth tournaments and even fans stopping by the club on their way to Wembley.
Wealdstone say the venture will have no impact on the playing budget or other day to day activities.”
Club president Paul Rumens said: “The real game changer will see us have the ability to earn money away from the club on a day-to-day basis.
“We are delighted to obtain the services of two such qualified chefs and to see an all round catering solution; not only on match days, but also to all the major social club catering.”
The Rollin' Kitchen will be available for the first Conference South game at The Vale on Saturday, August 9 when Eastbourne Borough are the visitors
