The significance of Saturday's result was not lost on the Queens Park Rangers fans.

Beating Nottingham Forest 2-0 ensured Rangers will be playing Championship football again next season.

For Forest, however, it plunged them deeper into trouble.

With Blackburn Rovers beating Aston Villa and Birmingham City overcoming Huddersfield Town, Forest slipped to a place above the relegation zone.

They are only above Blackburn on goal difference, with one game to go.

And the Hoops fans on Saturday made sure to rub the visitors' noses in it.

Forest, the two-time champions of Europe, are in danger of slipping into League One.

To celebrate their survival, Rangers supporters invaded the pitch following the final whistle at Loftus Road on Saturday and as you can see from our video, they decided to taunt the Forest fans up in the top tier about their struggles and the threat of relegation looming over them.
